How Long Does Zyprexa Remain In The System?

default
Posted on Tue, 13 Dec 2016
Question: Hi buddy.

Thanks alot for all your previous help.

i lowered my Zyprexa oral pill dose from 5 mg per day to 3,75 mg per day on the date 8 november 2016 (8 days ago).

when will the leftovers be gone from my body ? (when will i be on exactly 3,75 mg dose per day in my body ?)

i think i want to reduce more after a few more days and then i'm thinking to lower down to 2,5 mg per day.

so when is the soonest date that is safe for me to reduce my dose to 2,5 mg ? (reduce by 1,25 mg)

if that date has already passed, please tell me the date though.

i want a psychiatrist-approved-permission from you to lower my dose to 2,5 mg (from 3,75 mg) on the date that you say is the soonest that is safe for me to reduce my dose. and i want that permission to last the next 7 days after the "soonest safe date to reduce".

because i maybe want to wait a little longer before i reduce down to 2,5 mg per day.

do i have that permission ?

we have talked alot here and i know its not "legal-government-medical-permission" and that is ok. i still want the permission from you.

sorry if it was complex.

i kind of quitted at my icelandic psychiatrist because she didnt want to help me reduce my dose more. i think i will see her a little though in the future. so i am doing this myself now, hopefully with your assistance also.

ok thanks alot my friend ! :)

i wish you a great month ! ;)

Brief Answer:
you can reduce to 2.5 mg on 8th December

Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear,

Thanks for contacting again.

You will be on 3.75 mg exactly after 5 to maximum 10 days. It means by 18th November (already passed) you should be on 3.75 mg dose. I recommend reducing to 2.5 mg after 1 month means on 8th December if you are completely stable till then.
You can carry on further reduction with consultation as you are doing until now.

All the best and take care.
