Question: how long does hydrocodone 325 mg stay in ones systems?

the urine test is much longer than the blood level which in turn is longer that the time it is at a high enough amount to do anything. In overdoses there is a bit of a back up in line for clearing out the drug and it is a bit longer (and higher amounts take somewhat longer to get out of your system).
so.... as you know better than I do, the duration of pain control is about 4 hours (with considerable variation but NOT 12 hrs).
The duration of urine test positive is 3 to 5 days on usual dosing and 7 days if someone is taking huge amounts abusing it.
The duration in hair testing is entirely based on how long the hair is there from when you took the drug ... about 1 inch a month or less on hair growth they tell me. It seems more for me and my barber.
The duration can be modified by changing the pill there are long acting drugs (mostly morphine and oxycodone) that can increase the duration of action by double and the duration in the urine by 1 to 2 days.
