Brief Answer:
Suggested repeat test after one month

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. It is suggested that you stay away from alcohol and get the tests repeated after a month.

2. If your test result is normal then you can have alcohol once or twice a week in small quantity. However I suggest you repeat the test every 3 months for a year to know any fluctuations in liver enzyme and whether you should continue taking alcohol.

3. It is also good to do an ultrasound scan abdomen to know the appearance of liver and if there is fatty change.

4. Please have healthy daily 2200 kcal diet including vitamins and minerals.

5. Avoid drinking too much alcohol and do not get dependent on it

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek
