Question: Can a hair follicle drug test be passed if I only took 1 hit off a joint 3 weeks ago? Only time ever used...

Drugs can be found in the hair test for upto 90 days after the ingestion.
So you can definitely be tested positive after three weeks even if you have taken it once.
