Propofol is a medication used for anesthesia. Doctors might have used during colonoscopy to make you feel more relaxed during the procedure.
With regards to drinking alcohol, as a general rule, you should not drink alcohol at least 8 hours before and/or after having propofol.
To my opinion, you should wait for a couple of days after the procedure before drinking alcohol. Please take note that alcohol will cause many problems to your health, especially at your age.
