Thanks for posting your query.

It seems that you have bloated stomach and causing discomfort to you. There could be several reasons for this.

some of the common one are:

1.Dyspepsia-means excesstive formation of gas due to some food or improper digestion.

2.Stomach infection:due to either food or water

3.Some infection in genital tract

4.Improper evaculation of bowel due to some reason.

The best thing for you is to visit your doctor and get this diagnosed.

In mean time please do the following.

1.Take light diet, more of liquids, less of solids, soups, juices etc, are better.

2.Take antacid tablet that will definitely help.

3.If you are constipated take some mild laxative so clear your bowel.

4.Avoid fasting or over eating.

5.Take proper rest.

6.You can also take anti spasmodic tablet for discomfort.

At times some medicines taken for pain or some antibiotics can also lead to this.

Your doctor after examination will give your definite treatment, by that time the above measures should help.

I hope this answers your query, I will be available for follow up.
