How Is HIV Transmitted?
HIV risk is very low.PPP can be ignored
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
Anyhow you had used condom during your exposure. Even though you had a slip of condom in the midst of action, the risk is lesser than that of an exposure without a condom.
Pearly white penile papule has nothing to do with either STD/HIV. It is absolutely harmless for you and your sex partners and has no clinical importance and will remain for ever. You need not worry about the same.
Ring worm infection can occur to anybody even without any risky exposure. Antifungal creams and antifungal oral tablets have to be taken under guidance of a physician in adequate dosage for adequate duration. Then only you can have a total eradication. HIV risk through frottage is negligible only.
As you are waiting for the results of your tests, they will rule out STD/HIV and relieve your mental tension.

Symptoms are not specific for HIV. Risk very low.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Your symptoms are very vague and not at all specific for HIV/STD. Just because of your anxiety you might have such symptoms.
As per CDC, XXXXXXX USA, vaginal sex has a risk for HIV as 5 per 10000 exposures. With a slip of condom, your risk is lesser than this. So don't worry. Your test result will relieve all your mental tension.

Does infected person blood come in contact on penis tip of uninfected person then what risk of HIV??does it is possible to blood transfuse in vaginal and frottage sex???
HIV possibility is remote. Not to worry
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome once again.
First of all that girl was not necessarily a HIV positive girl.
I saw the pictures and the are nothing but Pearly penile papule only. Pearly penile papules has no additional risk for HIV. Just skin contact of vaginal fluid over penis or urethral opening in the absence of any sore or abrasion, is having a remote possibility of getting HIV infection.
Go and collect your result and relax after seeing the HIV non-reactive report.
There is no point in worrying and remain without collecting the results.

Tiny swelling not related TO HIV/STD.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome once again.
PPP has no relation to HIV. The tiny swelling seen underneath of your penis skin (sent through picture) seems to be a small cyst (mucus or sebaceous). It should have present earlier and you would not have noticed the same. It is also not related to any STD or HIV. It will no do any harm to you, Ignore the same. If you want to get rid of that remove the same by a surgeon. The other possibility if it is recent and slightly painful it may be a furuncle (small pus containing lesion). It may go spontaneously or you may need a course of antibiotics. Consult your physician. He will help you.
Medicine or body response is not mathematics to have any constant answer. There is no such incidence reported in any study that a slip of condom and contact with vaginal fluid leads to how much percentage of HIV risk.
Only your test report will answer your status or ruled out HIV. Without any hesitation, collect your result and get relieved by the non-reactive result.
DR S.Murugan
STD tests can rule out any other possibilities.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome once again.
Your lesion is not indicating to look out for any STD.
As you condom had slipped, there is nothing wrong in having tests for STD and rule out these also.

Separate test available for STD apart from HIVtest
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome once again.
I had not received the copies of your HIV report.
Frottage has a very low risk for STD.
A negative HIV result after 3 months is conclusive. You need no further testing for HIV.
HIV test does not include tests for STD. STDs are almost 30 in number. Different tests are available for different STDs. Some STDs can be ruled out or confirmed only by personal examination and symptoms and signs. There is no blood test for some STDs.
Your lesion is not related to any STDs or HIV.
Consult your Dermato-venereologist and he/she will examine you and guide you for further investigations and treatment.
DR S.Murugan
No need for further HIV test.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome once again.
You had your HIV test in ICTC (Integrated Counseling and testing center) 3 months after the high risk contact. It is Highly reliable and you are HIV free. No further test is necessary for HIV. It did not include any test for STD.
If you have not been tested for STDs and rule out STDs, even a minor illness or problem in future would like you correlate the same to your past incidence. So getting ruled out STD would definitely relieve your all mental tension.
Nothing serious to get depressed.
Dr S.Murugan
Chances of getting STD is low.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome.
Medicine is not mathematics to have a constant answer. The lesion you have, is not related to STD. The chances of getting STD is very low. Percentage can not be able to be predicted.
Don,t be nervous. Your test results will rule out the possibility of STDs.
Nothing to worry.
