Brief Answer:
Probably another class of antibiotics is needed due to antibiotic resistance.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a chronic sinus infection. I see through the query that you have already used Augmentin and Doxycycline which are in the penicillin class of antibiotics.

You may have an antibiotic resistance to this class of medication.

I suggest you to use Clarithromycin. This is another class of antibiotics and can be more effective in your case. It is a prescribed medication, so you should consult your doctor before use it.

If you don't see any improvements I suggest you to consult an ENT specialist for further treatment options like surgery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
