Question: I'm having problems with my eyes. I suddenly get blurred spot in my vision & thin jagged looking like in the edges. Had this problem before now it's back again

Hello,

Eye floaters are spots in your vision. Most eye floaters are caused by age-related changes that occur in the fluid inside your eyes which changes from jelly to liquid. Microscopic fibers within the vitreous tend to clump and can cast tiny shadows on your retina. The shadows you see are called floaters.

You should go for a retinoscopic eye examination.

The blank spots aren't black. No shadows just jagged curved lines & pressure feeling. I do have floaters see often lol. Just hoping not forerunner to another small stroke

Hi,

Patient with retinal detachment floaters etc. have different presentations.

So basically as if you want to learn English you have to learn ABCD...in the same way if we are addressing a patient with problems of floaters or like that problems retinoscopy is the basic test.

Stroke, I would comment on that only after I have reports of retinoscopy. I never give false reassurance to patients.

I need that tests result for any further good professional suggestion.
