Hello,

Start taking Zithromax (Azithromycin 500 mg once daily) and Secnidazole 1 gram daily for 5 days.
However if you can't get a prescription then use;
Tab Imodium 4mg stat followed by 2 mg twice daily to control frequency of motions(over the counter)
Eat light and easily digestible food.
Drink plenty of water and electrolytes(oral rehydration solution) to maintain rehydration.

Dear Dr. Kumar-

I am doing fine except for one thing: every other day I need to take 1 Dulcolax pill just before I go to bed in order to have a successful bowel movement the next morning.

I should probably make an appointment with my regular physician to see what is going on with me.
