Question: How come my penis is smaller and shorter than someone that is shorter and smaller than me flacid and erect? it's so embarrassing oh yea, and younger also.

Size of the penis depends on many factors like Family members size, Race etc.
Size is not significant medically.
If the erection is good and the penis is hard after erection,there is no abnormality.You can have sex and have children.

Sorry but size is important to me cus I don't even feel comfortable wearing sweats and shorts or go swimming. My penis is way below average flacid and erect. Could it be because when I started puberty, it didn't grow all the way?
