Brief Answer:
Probably an upper respiratory tract infection. Follow the advice below.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I think that the symptoms of your son are related to an upper respiratory tract infection.
The dark urine can be due to dehydration.
Some advices that I can give to you are :
- Give Ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day
- Give cough suppressors for the cough
- Continue using Pediylate and broths in small doses
- Give liquids
- Rest

If the symptoms continue for one more day you should go to the emergency room for rehydration.

Hope my answer was helpful.
If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.
Kind regards!
