A person is diagnosed to have Type 2 Diabetes based on the following investigations:

- FBS (Fasting Blood Sugar) more than 120mg/dl
- PPBS (Post Prandial Blood Sugar) more than 200mg/dl
- Random Blood Sugar (RBS) more than 200mg/dl
- Glycosylated Hemoglobin (HbA1C) more than 6.5
