How Can Throbbing Headaches Be Treated?
Question: I have headache since one month... It's like left frontal side throbbing pain radiating to eyes..

From your account it seems that the continuous throbbing pain is the only symptoms, you don't mention other symptoms such as fever, nausea or vomiting, vision abnormalities, weakness or numbness of the limbs on one side, changes in behavior etc.
If there are any such symptoms please describe them as they may alter my opinion. Also it would be of interest if you have a prior history of headache.
If indeed the headache s the only sign then the first diagnosis to consider for a frontal headache radiating to the eyes would be a sinus infection. It would be even more likely if there is nasal congestion.
Another possibility would be that of eyesight issues which can lead to headache due to the straining. Blood issues such as anemia could be another cause.
So I would start first with a physical exam from your primary physician for the above issues and some basic blood tests to sceen for anemia and inflammation.
In the meantime over the counter pain killers like Ibuprofen can be taken.
If nothing of the sort is found then given the persistence in time I believe head imaging should be scheduled to exclude brain lesions such as a tumor, vascular issues or inflammation.
I don't want you to panic, those are very unlikely in the absence of other symptoms, but in the presence of headache persisting over two weeks in the absence of an obvious cause head imaging is recommended to make sure there are no brain lesions.

I don't have fever or cold.. I have weakness and my hemoglobin is 10.9.. Before it was less than this.. I have specz with number. 25 + recently only I checked the eye sight. I had history of sinusitis 5 years ago... I have headache throbbing frontal side, sometimes pricking from inside... The left eye is feeling little weakness

So at this point even without other symptoms, a brain-related cause should be considered given the long-time persistence of the symptoms, without a history of previous chronic headache.
For that reason while as I said medication like Ibuprofen can be employed a brain MRI should be scheduled.
