How Can Stress Due To The Fear Of Contracting HIV Or HPV Be Managed?

Sir as you know all of my history of hiv and hbv fear.
Finally i have given blood sample to a collection centre of famous laboratory. and results will come after 24 hours(for testing of hiv hbv and hcv) , and results will be updated onnline. Now i am again in high stress. Kindly tell me how to manage this.
hiv test name is only written anti hiv test. Kindly tell me what is that test?? Does that is credible ??

Sir i am trying my best to pass this time. When i rethinking the possibility and stats i feel better. But same time i remember all the symptoms of hiv. And the symptoms were real. Thats the fear. Still 7 hours are remaining and i am not in extreme stress. Just because i am fed up . But as the time is passing stress is increasing. About hbv i have read that it transmits more easily. Kindly tell me the something related to that

* So far as HBV is concerned, I am giving salient points for your concern only rather than giving all details of pathology and other data.

- Though HBV is present in saliva, it is not believed to pass through kissing.
- Protected sex is not the mode of HBV transmission.

sir my all results are like this..

ANTI HIV RESULT IS : NON REACTIVE
ANTI HCV RESULT IS : NON REACTIVE
ANTI HBSAG RESULT IS : NON REACTIVE

all results are attached.. i think my test are ok. but sir kindly check the attached reports and confirm that. means the values are ok or not.
