How Can Stomach Pain, Excessive Belching And Sudden Episode Of Cramps Be Treated?

Question: Hi doctor, From the past 3 days suddenly i start getting stomach pain. when i say stomach pain its little towards the top. and its more loke sudden burst of cramps it comes for few seconds n goes off. assuming its acidity , but whenever i had acidity i dint stay for more XXXXXXX a day. also there lot of burping

Hi,

It is uncommon to see acidity presenting as very short interval cramps without the usual pain / burning sensation. If symptoms are persistent, I will suggest to visit a doctor for an ultrasound scan abdomen. In addition, you can also try tab pantoprazole + domperidone combination (Tab Pantocid D) twice daily for a few days.
