Brief Answer:
Follow the advice...

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

First of all, please note, you should not take so many different antibiotics without a proper check-up. Unsupervised use can not only prolong the presenting complaints but also can produce unnecessary microbial resistance (always remember, symptoms may or may not be identical, but diagnosis can be different which is why a proper clinical check-up is ideal before starting any antibiotics).

Since she has already started Metrogyl, she should follow her doctor's advice and continue and finish the full course as advised.

At this outset, I'd only recommend that she drinks ample fluid (take ORS solution dissolved in a liter of mineral water and drink over an hour or two, repeat the same but this time drink gradually over next few hours).

Strictly avoid any outside/fast/junk foods, have simple homemade food (e.g. Khichdi, soup, curd-rice, etc).

Drink only mineral/U.V.R.O. purified water only, and drink plenty of it (at least 2.5 ltr per day). Please maintain good hand hygiene by using antibacterial hand-wash before and after using the wash-room.

Additionally, she can take Cap Bifilac/Sporolac and observe how she stays.

If despite following this, there's no improvement/any further worsening of her present conditions in the next few hours, then I'd strongly recommend you to get her checked up by an Internal Medicine specialist and proceed further.

Hope I have answered your query.
