Brief Answer:
Oral and topical antiacne treatment. Not safi.

Detailed Answer:
hello. thank you for writing to us.I am Dr. Kakkar(dermatologist).

For severe acne I would suggest Oral and topical antiacne treatment under supervision. of a dermatologist. This is because severe acne if not treated adequately might lead to scaring and pigmentation.
Oral treatment options include oral antibiotics like either doxycycline, azithromycin or minocycline. Apart from these Oral retinoid like isotretinoin and Oral hormonal pills in females are also commonly prescribed antiacne remedies.
Topical antiacne options like benzoyl peroxide, clindsmycin, nadifloxacin.
Safi is not an approved treatment for severe acne and it is largely ineffective. Delaying proper treatment would only lead to scaring and pigmentation .
