Brief Answer:
Supportive care , lose weight

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. 6 feet height and weight of 320 pounds make your husband morbidly obese of 43 BMI and is a main reason his joints are arthralgic ,because those are overburdened. Apart from conventional pain killers support, mainstay of alleviating this pain would be to lose weight. He needs to sign up to an FDA approved weight loss program and lose it . He is an ideal candidate for bariatric surgery and get the weight reduced, once weight is down to BMI less than 30 and ideally around 25, then his symptoms will improve on its own.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and of your husband and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
