How Can Pain And Heaviness In The Legs Be Treated?

Question: From my knees to my ankles, my legs feel heavy, tight, and achy. I just had PRP injections 9 days ago in each knee. I stretch but it won't go away. They feel like they can't support my body. Walking is tricky. Standing still for more than a couple of minutes makes the condition worse.

Began about 10 days after first injection on May 25. Began to ease up after onset of physical therapy on XXXXXXX 8. It never did get better after the initial PT. Since then it has gotten worse to the point I must use a cane to get around or sometimes a walker.

Ice does nothing. Tramodol just puts me to sleep.
