Brief Answer:

Reinforcement

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I have gone through the details. The only way is by reinforcement. You will have to slowly try to sleep 1 to 2 hours early and try to wake up 1 to 2 hours early.

You can also try melatonin patches in the night or half an hour before the time you want to sleep.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
