First challenge according to me that is expected to come is cost. A complete psychological evaluation (if a psychiatrist gives about one hour of his schedule) will cost approximately 1000-1500 INR, while it will be cheaper with a psychologist. In XXXXXXX when a patient remain adamant to give fee of 200 INR to doctor, I am afraid if they will be ready to pay for evaluation. But yes since it will be like a dating site then they might become readily ready ;).

Its possible to provide online opinion to a patient and second opinions can be taken with a psychiatrist online. But for detailed evaluation direct consultation is needed. You have to keep few psychiatrists ready to consultation. The number should be less because psychiatric evaluation of one psychiatrist might be different from other. They should make a standardised pro forma to evaluate the clients.

You can consult a psychiatrist and both of you can make a semistructured pro forma for evaluation. This can be put on site once provisional registration is complete. The pro forma can act as screening tool. On basis of its results the clients can be selected. Once they are selected then they can be subjected to detailed evaluation. But in that pro forma apart from psychological factors, factors like socio-economic status, education etc should be kept in mind.

There is a social stigma to consult a psychiatrist in Asian countries (even in western world). I doubt people might get offended once they read they have to undergo evaluation. You could mention interview instead of psychiatric evaluation in your site. This will not create stigma like thing.
