Brief Answer:
Further tests are required

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The next step will be to get a wider chunk of tissue and apply immunohistochemistry markers tests which will differentiate between, phyllodes, malignant sarcoma or other myoepithelial or fibroblastic tumors. It is very early to say regarding the benign or malignant nature of tumor. It can be ascertained only after immunohistochemistry markers.

For knowing the extent of the disease, a CT scan of the chest is warranted.

Hope I have answered your query.
