Brief Answer:
Safe to use in right doses

Detailed Answer:
Hi, welcome to HCM. Can understand your concerns.

Asthakind-p and wikoryl are both meant for cold in children, there is no need to give both of them together. Give only one of them. Both are safe if given in right doses.

Other medicines like colicaid, vitanova and bevon drops can be given to child with wikoryl or asthakind-p drops but there should be a gap of 20 minutes between them.

I hope this will help you.
Wishing your child good health.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
Dose is according to weight

Detailed Answer:
Hi, welcome once again.

Dose of medicine in children is according to weight of child. At 2 months, the weight of child is around 4.5 kg. Give asthakind-p drops 0.3 ml three times a day for 3 days.

If no improvement in 24 hours then examination by Pediatrician should be done.

Take care.
