Brief Answer:
You may give cetrizine and Kef x syrup

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for asking on this platform

Most common cause of nasal congestion and cough in this age is some viral infection or allergy.
Cetrizine is an antiallergic and Kef X contains terbutaline(a bronchodilator, helps in relieving air way spasm), Ambroxol a mucolytic (sputum thinning agent).
Giving these will help in relieving nasal congestion and cough.
Antibiotic is usually not needed unless there are signs of bacterial infection like persistent fever, breathing difficulty etc.
The dose of both cetrizine and Kef X for this age and weight would be 2.5 ml.
Cetrizine is given once a day while Kef x three times a day.
You can put nasal saline drop also may be three to four times a day.
Please get these medicines prescribed by a physician.
Watch for danger signs like high grade persistent fever, poor feeding, rapid breathing, chest wall retraction etc and if you notice any please consult your pediatrician.
I hope this helps.
I shall be glad to help you out if you need any.
Regards
