My baby is 3 month 12 days and having small pimples kind in genetal. Pfa picture and tell me if any issue

The small pimples are called milia which are caused due to deposition of dead skin cells (generated in course of normal turnover) under the skin. It is normal in babies of this age and is not a cause for concern.
