Brief Answer:
Check calcium and vitamin D levels in blood

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

This condition is called Genu Valgum.

We have to differentiate between physiologic and pathologic condition. Pathologic means due to some other condition like infection etc.

<20 degree of valgum is tolerable and can be waited. Valgum tends to get better as the child grows old.
>20 degree may require surgical correction by an experienced orthopedic surgeon.

Firstly we have to check the blood calcium and vitamin D levels in blood. If the levels are low, then correction of deficiency will correct the deformity.

Kindly check the levels and let me know, so that supplement can be started.
