Brief Answer:

Oral and topical antifungals

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Perhaps you have a yeast infection/candida balanoposthitis.
I suggest you take an oral antifungal e.g tab fluconazole 150mg once a day for 3 days.

In addition to this, you may apply a topical antifungal e.g clotrimazole 1 %cream, twice daily.

If you are facing this issue since a long time I suggest you get your fasting blood glucose levels checked as recurrent candidal balanoposthitis is quite common in patients with raised blood glucose.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
