Brief Answer:
avoid some foods, reflux medications

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The accumulation of abdominal gas can be associated with significant pain.

It can be due to different causes: (1)there are certain foods that are more likely to cause gas production.

If you use any of these and reduce your use then it is possible that your symptoms may improve

Eg: cabbage, broccoli, beans, peas, turnips, prunes, brussel sprouts, carbonated drinks, cauliflower, fried or spicy foods

You may want to keep track of foods that cause increased gas

(2)lactose intolerance

(3)GERD- reflux is a common cause of gas and bloating.

It is best treated with the family of drugs called proton pump inhibitors . This includes prevacid, protonix, prilosec, nexium, aciphex

This family of drugs works best to prevent acid production in the stomach

(4)constipation is also a cause for gas build up

(5)celiac disease

Therefore you can consider: (1)examining your diet to see if there are any of the foods mentioned that may be causing gas build up
(2)treat constipation if present by using enough fluids and fiber
(3)use one of the reflux drugs mentioned. Even if you do not have reflux, one of these drugs will still help with bloating and gas pain

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
