Brief Answer:
Simple surgery; about Rrs 500 to 1500 INR

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Normally I would freshen the edges of the hole after anesthetizing the area with a local anesthetic and stitch them with suture material. These stitches can be removed in 8-10 days and the ear can be pierced after 4-6 weeks. Normally the charge will vary from 500 to 1500 rupees depending on the doctor and the set up.

There are many other ways in which it can be repaired without stitches including the use of tissue glue, but the results have not been good and very few people do it nowadays.

Please meet an ent doctor , he will do a blood test called bleeding and clotting time and ask you to do a xylocaine sensitivity testing. Once these are done , the hole can be repaired.

Thanks
