Brief Answer:
Any fever? Any breathing difficulties? Have you ever smoked cigarettes?

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

A review of your information points to a probably viral infection of the upper airways. This generally needs no antibiotics. With no abnormality identified on examination, I concur with the medications issued by your doctor. I will encourage you to continue with the above plan unless new symptoms such as fever, breathing difficulties or chest pain set in, there is nothing to worry about. If any does develop, inform me as soon as possible for review and guidance.

Hope I have answered your query.
