How Can Burning Sensation During Urination And A Kidney Stone Be Treated?

Question: I had a kidney stone around Thanksgiving just this past Friday I had burning while urinating slight blood in my urine basically same symptoms as last kidney stone had KUB they said they didn't see a stone but there was a lot of constipation on a KUB feeling severe pain in my right side what can it be. Also prior to the pain my urine smells extremely strong it was cloudy exactly like it was with last kidney stone.

Please undergo ultrasound abdomen as some stones are missed on KUB.
Also get urine complete for urinary infection.
Take midstream urine sample for checking.
Increase fluid intake.
For pain you may take tab Drotoverine 40 mg two times.

I did give urine sample they sent it to be tested and said it was negative. I can't believe this. I know my body and this is definitely an exact duplicate of what I felt with last kidney stone, just not as intense. Still pain on right side and back. I need suggestions as I am leaving tomorrow for 5 days of vacation out of U.S.

Can you undergo ultrasound abdomen before tour.
If yes them it would have been helpful.
Otherwise take drugs as follow during trip.
Tab Levofloxocin 500 mg once a day.
Tab Drotoverine 80 mg two times.
Tab Pantoprazole 40 mg two times.
As these are prescription drugs please contact your local doctor he will prescribe these.
And you can get ultrasound after you return home.
