Brief Answer:

Please consult with paediatric surgeon.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Sorry for such a long delay in my response but i am unable to see your child x-ray report.

Now I have gone through his reports and in my opinion you have to consult a good paediatric surgeon because in his case he needs surgery and it is perform at the age of 3 months to one year.

Usually, these type of defect occurred in down syndrome and another congenital anomaly, so sorry to ask you but have you check on those ground also.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
