How Can An Undescended Testicle Be Treated?

Question: my son is now 6 month old and he is having undecended right testicle. when he was 2months old we had visited doctor for consultation and as per his advice he informed us to wait till my son gets 9-10 months old for operation.

now i came to know that ideal age for this operation is immidiately after complision of 6 month of age.

therefore i am confused whether to wait or to approach some other doctor for surgery.

is there any disadvantages if we wait till complision of 9 month.

I do not think that there is a problem if you wait till 9 months of age, rather, I would recommend waiting for these few months. It is safe and surgery is effective and has few risks.
