Detailed Answer:
Hi my dear,

I am sorry that you got up with a large red patch on the calf of your leg that is very itchy with blisters breaking and weeping.

Can you please send a photo of the red patch to me for further analysis?
Next, do you remember to have been in contact with any external allergen: new medication applied? any insect bite noted? new detergent used?

From what you are mentioning so far, it seems like the red patch is an allergy reaction to an external allergen or insect bite (if it is present).

Keep good local hygiene. Can take oral Benadryl to ease itching. Continue applying cortisone 10% locally.
If no improvement within a few days, dermatologist to consult in order to determine the right diagnosis; perhaps prescription medications might be needed.

Looking forward to have the requested info in.
