How Can A Pus Filled Bump On The Wrist After Tattooing Be Treated?

Question: Hi,
I got a tattoo done on my left wrist. it's got infected and developed a little pus. I have been applying Neosporin powder on the wound and keeping it as dry as possible but it shows no improvement. please suggest what I should do and if I should take any oral pills ?

in the picture attached, it's smeared with the antibiotic.

I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist)). I have gone through your query and I have viewed the image.
I suggest you to take an oral antibiotic e.g Augemtin 1 gm, twice daily for a week. Topically you may use T-Bact cream, twice daily.
Also let me know whether it itches too? I would appreciate of you can wipe off the antibiotic cream and try to upload a clear image of the tattoo.
