Question: Yes, I have several symptoms all regarding my right foot. The bottom of my foot is very light in color and almost appears to be wrinkled as if it were soaking for a period of time. The primary symptoms are extreme redness across the top of the same foot with some swelling and quite a bit of dryness or crusting along the base of my toes. There is now also deformity of the first, second and third toe with the second and third showing complete nail loss.

Brief Answer:
Possible bacterial/fungal infection of the foot

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

As per your symptoms, the possibility of a severe fungal/bacterial infection of the foot is very high in your case.

This requires prompt treatment with oral and topical antibiotics as well as antifungal agents.

It's advisable to screen yourself for Diabetes simultaneously.

Please check with your physician if s/he shares my view and if can prescribe these medications to improve your symptoms.
