Question: i have a pimple on the top part of my butt crack. and it hurts

Hello,

Thank you for using HCM to post your question.
I read it carefully and I understand your concern.

The pimple may be an abscess or a simple folicullitis. It all depends on how big the pimple is.
It may also be a fistula or fissure if except the pimple there is an opening too.

It is is larger then 1cm, it may need draining.
Apply local hot compression so it can burst.
If it doesn't burst, you may need to see a local surgeon who can do that for you.

For the pain take Ibuprofen 400mg every 6 hours.
