Hydrocole is filled with lymph it is also fluidy and firm to tense.
Epidydimal cyst is firm.
Testicular torsion has sudden painful lump.
Inflammation of testis, called orchitis, is infection due to STDs. It is painful and reddened.
So it is important to get the lump examined by doctor. CHeck the translucency of the fluid in the scrotal sac.
First thing is an examination followed by ultrasound scan of the scrotal sac.
