How Can A Hemangioma On The Lower Lip Be Treated?

Question: Hi! My daughter having hemangioma on her lower lip since she was 15 days older. At the beginning, she had strawberry hemangioma (deep red in color). Now she is almost 7 years old and the color of hemangioma is now skin color but the size of the lower lip is not like normal lip.
Pls suggest whether further treatment like surgery is require or it will be as normal within 1-2 more years
