Brief Answer:
Regarding superficial burn on face

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Don't worry. It would resolve but it would take a few days.

I suggest you to use a moderately potent topical steroid e.g. either Mometasone Furoate 0.1%cream (Momate cream) Or fluticasone propionate 0.05% cream(Flutivate cream), twice daily for a few days. These are prescription drugs and I suggest you to talk to your local doctor for a prescription.

For your engagement tomorrow I suggest you to use a concealer.

Regards
