How Can I Handle Chronic Right Shoulder Pain Despite Taking Various Medication?

Question: I am suffering from right shoulder pain since last six months and taken more medicine but no relief.

Yes pain is all the time.after moving my right-hand up or down.left or right it increases and very difficulty at bathing time, beating to other, start pain at streching time more.
Never hurt any where.
In cold season pain starts sometimes in neck but not always.get relief in one to two weeks.

No any gas or acidity problem till now.
Before one month test was done of uric acid was increased and deficiency of vitamin D,but now normal.
Age is 43 right now.

Hi,

It looks like frozen shoulder. You can take the following medicine for pain.
Tab. Etoricoxib for 5 days
Tab. Nusaid P for 5 days
Hot fomentation and Volini gel application.
Physiotherapy for shoulders. IFT and ultrasonic massage.
