How Can I Cure Hair Thinning And Hair Loss After Moving To Another City?
Question: Last year I have shifted to XXXXXXX from NCR.
After relocation, there is frequent hairfall & hair thinning. Taken some homeopathic medicine for around 6months that somehow reduced the hairfall.
But due to unavailability of doctor, that medication stopped.
Post that, again frequent hairfall & hair-thinning started.
Since I am in travelling profile, I am looking for some generic remedies to restrict my HairFall or if there is anything that I can add to my diet plan that would be good .

PR - Yes I have occassional dandruff, I use Dove / Loreal Shampoo to get rid of same since I feel H&S shampoo seems too harsh for my hairs.
Is any one in your family has history of baldness?
PR - Nopes, no one in my family has history of early baldness.

PR - Not as such, except the Asthma medicines that I mentioned previously in my query but that too occassionally I am taking.
