How Are Fever, Body Ache, Intermittent Chill, Dry Cough And Loss Of Appetite Treated?

Question: Had fever, bodyache, intermittent chill and loss of appetite four days back. Now fever has gone but landed up with dry cough and heavy chest. Also I have lost my appetite. Please suggest.

This could be a reactive bronchitis.

Its better not to ignore it. A complete blood count will help. Its a blood test. To rule out lung infection, please get Chest X ray PA view done to rule it out. A physical examination and auscultation of lung area will also help in getting diagnosis.
