Question: Hello doctor,

I had an unprotected test about 3 months before. I was sick at that time and i start getting sick couple of days after having sex with escort. I was very worried. I had stomach pain, itch is my testicals for 2 weeks, legs sour, achy body and sometimes itch on my body when i feel pinching needles like in my lower abdomen. i did not have any sore on my genitals, no pain and burn during urination and no swollen lymph nodes. These were symptoms asked by physician when i went for blood test.
I had syphills, gonorrhea, Hiv, chlymdia and Hepatitis A,B and C blood and urine test done after 33 days of unprotected sex. They all come negative.
I had Hepatitis B (surface antigen, core antigen and antibody) blood test done after 8 weeks which also come negative. I had my qraquick swab test done at home 5 times in 3 months and they all come negative and i did another Oraquick swab test after exact 3 month which was also negative.

I had stool test done a month before told by gastreonologist ( General surgeon). They found a parasite Entamoeba Histolytica and he said I got this may be dirty water or infected vegetables or fruit.

Doctor how accurate my Hepatitis B test is after 8 weeks?
How accurate my Hiv Swab tests are and Hiv test after 33 days?
and how accurate my other STD test are (mentioned above)?

Do i need to worry?
If you want me to advice to repeat test again, which tests I should repeat again after how much time of unprotected sex (above mentioned)
