Considering the symptom I would recommend an antibiotic course for 5 days along with paracetamol tablet for fever and bodyache .I would recommend tablet zincovit one everyday after food for 15 days .Follow self quarantine for 14 days and eat a high protein diet and 3-4 litres of water.

It takes time for the cough to settle down .You could take corex dx cough syrup on sos basis ,do warm salt water gargling and continue zinc combination vitamins for 1 month .
