Brief Answer:
I would explain as follows:

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear Theresa!

I am sorry to hear you are having these unpleasant feelings; your symptoms are suggestive of a muscular-skeletal disorder, most likely costochondritis.

Your performed cardiac tests have excluded any cardiac ischemia implication in your clinical symptomatology.

From the other hand, your chest pain characteristics goes in favor of costochondritis.

I would recommend trying an anti-inflammatory drug in order to relieve the pain (ibuprofen, naproxen, etc.)

In addition, taking some rest and avoiding any strenuous physical exertion and chest stretching would help to improve your symptomatology.

So just relax! It doesn't seem to be cardiac related.

Wishing you a pleasant weekend!

Kind regards,

Brief Answer:
I would recommend as follows:

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

I understand your concern and would explain that the pain across the chest does not seem to be related to the heart.

So, there is no need for physical limitations regarding your heart.

But, as straining physical exercise can exacerbate the musculo-skeletal pain, I would recommend light physical exercise during these days.

Ibuprofen can help against the pain. An antiacid would help avoid gastritis, which can be related to irregular meals.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Let me know, in case of further questions!

Wishing all the best,

Dr. Iliri
