recent CUE test shows calcium crystal and rbc with 1-2/hpf, means will it be going to be serous sign? regarding the calcim crystal Dr was prescribed Calcirol.

Henoch schonlein purpura usually is not life long. In very few kids it can cause nephritis and even in those it is only in few cases it leads to chronic renal failure.
Based on your description I presume
1. Your child has henoch schonlein purpura nephritis.
2. She is under good treatment with mmf and prednisolone.
3. Diet should be low salt, low fat diet. Encourage more fruits and vegetables. Protein intake can be decided only by your Nephrologist.
4. The urine test is OK. Calcirol will not cause crystals.
5. Do regular follow-ups with your Nephrologist.
