Hi Seem To Pull Some Type Of Muscle Working Out
Question: Hi seem to pull some type of muscle working out and when I take a deep breath I have pain in my back on the right side by the seem to be at mid back near the spine. It has been a little over month and while it is better shouldn't it be healed by now?

Thank you, I did get xrays from the chiropractor and I don't have a herniated disc but have some subluxations. I just was no sure if it can take that long to heal.
