Question: Hi my proteinuria is 400mg /24 hours in 24 hours urine test. Which is best medication to be followed not to ensure protein not lost in urine

Proteinuria is due to Renal Paranchymal disease.

Your reports that detect Kidney functuin such as E GFR ,Serum Creatinine are almost within normal limits as far as kidney functiuons are concerned ..The proteinuria that is high could be due to exceesive intake of protein like having a high proein diet (Non Vegitarian diet(Red Meat )

Please have a normal vegitarian diet for couple of weeks and repeat your urine test for 24 urinary excretion of urine .

Since all the parameters relevant to Kidney disease are normal you need not worry at all and I would not recomend any medication at this tsage .

I got tested because of swelling in foot, abdomen and scrotum. Now doctor recommended dytor plus 10 now swelling is reduced is it ok or you will suggest anything for my improvement

Swelling of lower limbs, abdomen and scrotum suggest retention of fluid in body and cause of the same has to be diagnosed.

I would suggest you to consult qualified Physician or Nephrologist for detail evaluation , investigations and further management.

You have high level of Uric Acid Take Tab Fabulas 40 mg once daily .

Your Thyroid tests Har revealed normal T3 and T4 with high level of TSH suggestive of Sub Clinical Hypothyroidism normally this gets corrected of its own within three months. Repeat your blood tests for Thyroid study after 3 months.

Doctor suggested febuxostat 40 but it has side effects like liver function and heart related problems can you please suggest me medication which decrease Uric acid with minimal side effects
